Shashi Jasthi

As President and CEO of Solugenix, Mr. Jasthi is responsible for driving client and partner value through innovative technology and business solutions. Mr. Jasthi has over 20 years of experience managing Information Technology and Consulting organizations. He built IT organizations and turned around loss-making acquisitions in Chicago, IL, Phoenix, AZ, Provo, UT, Wellington, New Zealand, and Sydney, Australia. He joined Solugenix in 1992 and after a brief hiatus in early 2000, he came back to lead the company.

Mr. Jasthi holds an MBA from the University of Chicago in Chicago, IL, an MS in Computer Science from Northwestern University, in Evanston, IL, and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Chennai, India.

Damola Akinola

As the Director of the Western Region, Mr. Akinola oversees all aspects of client relations, employee satisfaction and effective delivery of solutions. Mr. Akinola has been with Solugenix for 12 years. He participates actively in the forums and implements solutions for the Financial Services industry - especially Mutual Funds and Broker/Dealers.

Mr. Akinola holds an MS in Communications and Signal Processing from Imperial College London (1991) and a BS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria (1989). He is also a PMI certified Project Management Professional and a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer.

Craig Wiley

As the Vice President of Dynamics, Craig is leading the tremendous growth of our AX practice. He brings to Solugenix nine years of international business experience. Before moving to London for more than 3 years, he owned a trading group at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for eight years. He then managed a trading group on the LIFFE, before accepting a position as the International Sales Director for a safety company that sold into the automobile industry. His duties required him to travel extensively throughout Europe and Africa and upon his return to the US, Mr. Wiley started importing from the Far East.

Craig was a member of the Varsity Track and Football teams at the University of Pennsylvania, where achieved the honor of Ivy League Pole Vault Champion. He graduated from the Wharton School of Business in 1990.
