Shashi Jasthi

Shashi Jasthi is the President and CEO of Solugenix. He is responsible for driving client and partner value through innovative technology and business solutions. Shashi has over 20 years of experience managing Information Technology and Consulting organizations. He built IT organizations and turned around loss-making acquisitions in Chicago, IL, Phoenix, AZ, Provo, UT, Wellington, New Zealand, and Sydney, Australia. He joined Solugenix in 1992 and after a brief hiatus in early 2000, he came back to lead the company.

Shashi holds an MBA from the University of Chicago in Chicago, IL, an MS in Computer Science from Northwestern University, in Evanston, IL, and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Chennai, India.

Damola Akinola

Damola Akinola is the Director of the Solugenix IT Consulting practice. He oversees all aspects of client relations, employee satisfaction and effective delivery of solutions. Damola has been with Solugenix for over 15 years. He participates actively in the forums and implements solutions for the Financial Services industry - especially Mutual Funds and Broker/Dealer.

Damola is currently in the Executive MBA program at the University of California, Irvine. He also holds an MS in Communications and Signal Processing from Imperial College London and a BS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. He is a PMI certified Project Management Professional and a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer.

Craig Wiley

Craig Wiley is the Vice President of Dynamics. He is leading the tremendous growth of our AX practice. He brings to Solugenix nine years of international business experience. Before moving to London for more than 3 years, he owned a trading group at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for eight years. He then managed a trading group on the LIFFE, before accepting a position as the International Sales Director for a safety company that sold into the automobile industry. His duties required him to travel extensively throughout Europe and Africa and upon his return to the US, Craig started importing from the Far East.

Craig was a member of the Varsity Track and Football teams at the University of Pennsylvania, where achieved the honor of Ivy League Pole Vault Champion. He graduated from the Wharton School of Business in 1990.

Jemma David

Jemma David is the Director of the Enterprise Business Support Solutions practice for Solugenix. Jemma focuses on delivering quality IT support services and technology at a cost that’s right-sized to our client’s needs. Her expertise includes building IT support organizations in the areas of IT helpdesk and business application support desks. Her other focus areas are in Project Management, PMO strategies and in business process analysis. Jemma has been with Solugenix for over 14 years. She has over 20 years experience working on IT projects in the Financial, Entertainment, and Geographical Navigation industries.

Jemma holds a B.S. in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She is also a Microsoft certified professional.

Joseph Gulino

Joe Gulino is the Director of Dynamics Business Development. Joe focuses on solving business problems through the creative use of technology. He has over 25 years of experience building and running ERP and CRM systems practices. He has served in several industries including manufacturing, distribution and professional services. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration and Computer Sciences. Some of his accomplishments include several published articles and he is a recipient of the Great Plains Technical Innovation Award and the Great Plains Organizational Excellence Award.

Luke Marois

Luke Marois has 40 years of experience developing technical solutions to business problems for the financial, health care and publishing industries. His areas of expertise include project management, requirements definition, system analysis, application software and database design and implementation.

Luke is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer.

Ramakrishnan Venkatraman

Ramakrishnan Venkatraman is the Director of the Solugenix Strategic Business Initiatives practice. His expertise includes planning and delivery of organizational strategic initiatives, managing customer relationships, and the implementation of IT projects. He has over 16 years of experience in the financial, pharmaceutical, and healthcare domains, and has been with Solugenix for over 12 years. His other areas of focus include project management, business analysis, and process improvement.

Ramki holds an MS in Statistics & Operations Research from Central University India and a BS in Mathematics from Madras University, India. Ramki is also a Microsoft Certified Programmer and a Sun certified Java Programmer.

Suneetha Menon

Suneetha Menon is the Director of the Solugenix Government Services practice. Suneetha also helps with many strategic company projects and initiatives, and helps manage some of the most important customer relationships at Solugenix. Suneetha’s core expertise is in team and project management. For over 15 years at Solugenix, Suneetha has helped build and manage IT support organizations in the Financial industry, and manage and deliver IT projects in the Entertainment, Healthcare, and Geographic Navigation industries.

Suneetha has been with Solugenix since 1995 and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Pune University, India and a Master's in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York. She is also a Microsoft certified SQL Server developer and a Sun certified Java programmer.

Susan Thompson

Susan Thompson is a veteran Business Analyst with a broad range of experience in eliciting and analyzing requirements for enterprise-wide projects, aligning business needs with technical solutions, and verifying that the solutions fulfill the business needs over the course of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). She has also served in Quality Assurance Analyst, Test Analyst, and Project Manager roles for many of Solugenix clients.

Susan holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), and the Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) and Certified Software Tester (CSTE) certifications from the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI).
