Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP)
Solugenix Corporation believes in an ownership culture where every employee has a stake in the growth of the company. Solugenix has established an ESOP (Employee Share Ownership Plan). Every employee is eligible to participate in the program. Employees do not need to make any contributions - the corporation contributes the funds. This contribution will be converted into company stock at the end of every year, based on an independent evaluation of the company. |
