Paid Time Off
All Solugenix employees are eligible for paid time off. Full-time employees accrue PTO in equal increments per pay period, and may be used for purposes of vacation, company designated holidays, personal leave, medical leave, family leave, or other similar reasons.
 
401(k) Plan
We all plan to retire one day, therefore there is no better time than now to plan for the future. Any employee may begin participation in Solugenix's 401(k) plan on the first of the month following their employment date.
 
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Solugenix offers both Healthcare FSA and Dependent Care FSA. With these plans, you set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible expenses - such as health plan deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses or child day care expenses - which helps reduce your taxable income.
 
Insurance Benefits
Enrollment in any Solugenix insurance plan (medical, dental, vision, life buy-up, short term disability buy-up) is available to all full-time employees. With the high cost of insurance plans these days, as a Solugenix employee you won't have to worry about paying lofty insurance premiums.
 
Life/AD&D Insurance
Solugenix provides Basic Life Insurance coverage for every full-time employee.
Solugenix provides Basic Life Insurance of $50,000 and an additional $50,000 for death and dismemberment.
 
Short Term Disability ( STD ) and Long Term Disability ( LTD ) Insurance
As an employee of Solugenix, you can rest assured that you will covered in case of an accident. Solugenix provides Basic STD and LTD coverage for every full-time employee at no additional cost to employees.
 
Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP)
Solugenix Corporation believes in an ownership culture where every employee has a stake in the growth of the company. Solugenix has established an ESOP (Employee Share Ownership Plan). Every employee is eligible to participate in the Program. This does not need any contribution from the employee - the corporation contributes the funds. This contribution will be converted into company stock at the end of every year, based on an independent valuation of the company.
