At our core, we are engineers - IT professionals who enjoy solving complex problems using rigorous analytical methods. This belief that we can solve any problem by applying Precision-Thinking and the attitude that takes pleasure in solving those problems, permeates the organization. Sounds incredible? Here are just a few examples: we used maturity models before that terminology existed, and we even used a Delphi process to select our company's name! |

How far one goes in Solugenix depends on one thing and one thing only - results achieved within an ethical boundary. The results of this approach are everywhere to be seen. Several members of the current leadership team have started their careers as programmers and administrative personnel. Where they started has not been an impediment to their growth. |

All our employees own shares in the company through a broad-based ESOP. Also, no outside entity owns any shares. This has resulted in what we call an 'ownership culture' where everyone goes that extra mile to take care of our clients and each other. |
