Solugenix works closely with businesses to solve business problems. Our methodology is one of our key differentiators. Companies select us because we understand their business issues, not just the software application and technology. Solugenix has both the business acumen and technological expertise to provide solutions to customer problems in order to maximize their ROI. We focus on a business and a functional oriented approach.

At Solugenix we believe that a methodology should be used to provide value to the project not overhead. Solugenix has adopted the Microsoft Dynamics SureStep® Methodology. The SureStep Methodology is a tried and proven comprehensive blue print for delivering successful ERP implementations. We have modified and configured the standard SureStep Methodology with our teams' collective experience delivering successful projects to customers. The Solugenix version of this methodology is a framework used to provide the value necessary for an effective customer implementation. The Solugenix "Complete" Methodology includes a series of phases that provide a complete set of typical processes and activities for Dynamics AX implementation projects. An appropriate set of deliverables is provided for each phase based on the needs of each individual client project.

Implementation Project Phases

The figure below depicts the phases of a complete Dynamics AX implementation.

Diagnostic - The Diagnostic phase starts during the sales process and ends with an accepted proposal for the implementation project. The goal of the Diagnostic phase is to gather enough information in order to define the high level project scope and make a confident proposal for the remaining phases of the implementation. The major deliverable is the implementation proposal.
Analysis - The goal of the Analysis phase is to define and agree upon all the business requirements related to the new Microsoft Dynamics solution. The major deliverable is the comprehensive functional requirements document.
Design - The goal of the Design phase is to define how the business requirements will be implemented. It is primarily focused on designing and estimating the effort required for developing customizations that were identified during the gap-fit analysis. The major deliverable is high level and detailed design specifications.
Development - The goal of the Development phase is to create the customizations, reports, integrations and data migration processes that are defined and approved in the design specifications. The major deliverables are the tested and verified components and processes.
Deployment - The Deployment phase is where all the efforts of the implementation team come together for a successful transition to the new Microsoft Dynamics solution. The major deliverable is the configured and functioning production environment.
Operation - The goal of the Operation phase is to transition the customer from the implementation project into on-going support following a successful go-live. The major deliverable is confirmation of a satisfied customer who has all the information needed to make effective use of their new Microsoft Dynamics solution.
