Writing reusable components (methods and functions) using the tool |

Performing regression test cycles and overnight test runs and log results to QA team |

| Required Skills |

Quick Test Pro - Not just Playback experience, but must have strong experience developing scripts and actions in QTP
Financial Experience - Accounting or Trading experience preferred
Experience with other Mercury tools (Win Runner, Test Director/Quality Center)
QTP experience on web-based/J2EE applications.
Prefer CPS certification, or strong experience with automation best practices. |

Create, maintain and update test cases and regression scripts, based on business requirements |
| |

Reporting and managing software issues and test activities throughout the software development lifecycle |
| |
|
Wherever possible use Automation and other Industry best practices to enhance the testing process |

| Required Skills: |
| |
| |
|
3+ years of relevant Financial Services experience (Securities Industry Knowledge a major plus) |
| |
|
3+ years manual and automated testing experience |
| |
|
Knowledge of the Software development life-cycle |
| |
|
Familiarity with Process and Procedures as they pertain to test and industry standards |
| |
|
Independent Testing of Client Server based applications |
| |
|
Experience with developing test scripts and test plans |
| |
|
Must be self starter and have the ability to work independently and within a team. Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking required |

Previous working experience with SQL, VMS, UNIX |
| |

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required |

| 4) VB.net consultant |
| |
| Responsibilities: |

| The initial project is to work on the back end interfaces to a couple of web sites. We would like to see more end user analysis and interaction skills. Should be able to probe and discover what the end user wants as opposed to just a pure programmer |

| |
| |

2-3 years experience focusing exclusively on VB. NET and SQL Server 2000 |
| |
|
Additional experience in older versions of VB, ASP or SQL will be helpful as will Crystal Reports experience |

| 5) Java J2EE Swing Developer: |
| |
| Responsibilities: |

Perform Java J2EE Swing development applying Object-oriented methodology and Java-technology |

Apply a full-life cycle development process, such as the Rational Unified Process (RUP) |
| |

This includes the use of UML, Use Cases, Sequence and Class Diagramming |
| |
|
Must be able to work both independently and as a member of a team solving problems and implementing solutions |

Provide input technical architectural direction when needed |

4 years of Java and J2EE, current Swing and Weblogic 8.x skills |
