The SureStep Methodology is tried and proven comprehensive blue print for delivering successful ERP implementations. We have modified and configured the standard SureStep Methodology with our teams' collective experience delivering successful projects to customers. The Solugenix version of this methodology is a framework used to provide the value necessary for an effective customer implementation. The Solugenix "Complete" Methodology includes a comprehensive list of possible deliverables that may be provided on a customer implementation. An appropriate set of deliverables is provided based on the needs of each individual client project.
