ENGAGEMENT MODELS

Corp-to-Corp
Some consultants have their own corporations and want to maximize their hourly pay rate. You don’t have to sign an agreement with several different corporations. You sign one agreement with Solugenix.

W2 without benefits
Some consultants do not have their own corporation but do not need benefits. Solugenix will employ the consultant and pay the associated payroll taxes.

W2 with benefits
Some consultants want to be employees and enjoy benefits. Solugenix will employ the consultant, pay the associated payroll taxes, and provide benefits.
