As Senior Director of Delivery at Solugenix, Amit brings over 20 years of expertise in software development, IT services, and delivery management. In his role, Amit oversees delivery management for key accounts and projects within the GDO - Engineering Services division. He collaborates closely with clients to build high-performing project teams, establish delivery processes, drive service improvements, and strengthen client relationships, all while focusing on delivery excellence and business growth.
Before joining Solugenix, Amit held leadership roles at DXC, Xchanging Solutions, and ValueLabs. He began his career at DXC, where he contributed to the development of policy and claims management products for large insurance clients. During his tenure, he worked both in India and the United States, supporting a variety of major insurance carriers. At Xchanging Solutions, Amit managed development services and support for a leading U.S. insurance carrier, further honing his expertise in the insurance domain.
Amit’s career has taken him to client locations across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Romania, where he has successfully set up teams and delivery centers. His extensive experience spans industries such as insurance, logistics, benefits administration, life sciences, and digital content management. He has also led delivery initiatives involving cloud, DevOps, RPA, data engineering, mainframe systems, and mobile applications.
Originally from Indore, Amit values family time with his wife, Shweta, and their two children, Prisha and Manit. In his free time, he enjoys staying active through jogging and cycling and cherishes moments spent with his parents and extended family.
