Solugenix utilizes SMS communication through our trusted telecom partners to connect with contacts, candidates, and employees about employment opportunities, job assignments, and other relevant updates. Our SMS service is designed for brief, employment-related messages and is not intended for transferring large files such as CVs or resumes.
You may receive recurring messages depending on your engagement with Solugenix (for example, related to job opportunities, assignments, or scheduling). Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Your consent to receive SMS communications is collected through explicit opt-in. We ensure that all data related to opt-in consent remains confidential and secure. No mobile opt-in information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your privacy is important to us, and we do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile number for promotional use.
You may cancel SMS communications at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Solugenix unless you re-enroll in the program.
If you need assistance or have questions regarding our SMS communications, reply HELP to any of our messages, or contact us directly at (866) 749-7658 or hr@solugenix.com for support.
In limited cases, we may share your mobile number or related information with trusted partners involved in employment-related activities such as background checks, payroll processing, or assignment coordination. Such sharing is strictly limited to communication, access, and validation purposes and never for marketing. Our partners are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.
Even when personal data is shared with our trusted partners for operational purposes, you remain an integral part of our talent platform. Solugenix clients may continue to engage with you via SMS or MMS for employment-related communications, in accordance with your original consent.
