As the Solugenix VP of Global Human Resources, Andrea Butz oversees and guides all human resources programs, policies, and compliance functions globally.
Andrea brings more than 20 years of experience in pivotal HR roles for several leading global and regional corporations to her role with Solugenix. This includes extensive experience across all HR areas, including benefits administration and development, payroll, compensation, performance management, compliance and risk management, immigration, and employee relations.
Her career in HR innovation is evident in her approach to designing, planning, and implementing HR programs and policies for leading companies across automotive, software, marketing, transportation development, and consumer credit reporting.
Andrea has managed both small and large HR teams, as well as payroll, for hundreds of employees, both locally and internationally. A consummate leader, collaborator, and team builder, Andrea also leverages extensive experience in HR technology system implementation and administration with HRIS and HRMS, system feed maintenance, and HR Metrics reporting.
Andrea holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior and Strategy, as well as a BA from UCLA in Environmental Studies, and various HR certifications, including PHR, CCP, and CBP.
Andrea loves spending time with her family. She is also the proud “mom” to two rescue cats and a dog, lovingly known as "The HR Dog" of Solugenix.
