Bill Neavel

As Director of IT & Security, Bill oversees the company’s global Information Technology, Security, and Compliance teams. In this role, he is responsible for developing and executing the organization's IT strategy to align with business objectives. He also leads the creation, implementation, and enforcement of cybersecurity policies, protocols, and procedures. This includes ensuring compliance with leading IT security frameworks and guiding the organization through certifications and assessments for ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and SOC 2 Type 2.

With more than 30 years of experience as an Information Technology executive, Bill brings a strategic blend of technical leadership, business insight, and financial acumen. Throughout his career, he has consistently identified opportunities to leverage technology for process improvement and product innovation.

Outside of work, Bill serves on the Orange County Board of Trustees for Olive Crest and has dedicated many years to coaching youth sports, including baseball, softball, basketball, and flag football.
