Ramki Venkatraman is the Executive Vice President of Talent at Solugenix. With over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology sector, Ramki has been a key part of the Solugenix team since 1998.
In his current role, Ramki leads the company’s talent strategy, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning with a focus. His expertise in building and managing high-performing teams, including offshore operations closely aligned with U.S. teams, has been instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Previously, Ramki oversaw Technology and Application Development services, where he led strategic initiatives, managed customer relationships, and delivered IT projects across industries such as healthcare and financial services.
Ramki holds an MS in Statistics & Operations Research from Central University, India, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Madras University, India. He also holds certifications in Microsoft and Java technologies.
Outside of work, Ramki enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, reading, listening to music, and cheering on the Lakers. Those who know him well appreciate his dry and witty sense of humor.
